1 tsp smoked paprika

½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

1: Generously coat the ribs with the dry rub.

2: Let the ribs marinate in the dry rub for at least 6 hours.

3: Place the ribs on the grill and sear them for about 5 to 7 minutes.

4: Transfer the charred ribs to a sealable container.

5: Add brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Sriracha to the container.

6: Seal the container tightly and let the ribs marinate.

7: Bake the ribs at 325°F for about 4 hours.

8: Remove the ribs from the oven and drain excess juices.

9: Coat the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce.

10: Return the ribs to the oven uncovered and bake at 450°F for an additional 20 minutes, until the sauce is sticky.
