Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce

1: Soak the salmon fillets in milk for at least an hour.

2: Prepare the flour mixture and season it with your favorite seasoning.

3: Dredge the salmon in the flour mixture.

4: Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.

5: Add crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant.

6: Add the reserved flour and cook briefly.

7: Stir in the heavy cream and chicken bouillon cube, followed by pasta water and bring to a simmer.

8: Add the salmon fillets and cook until done.

9: Serve with pasta and garnish with lemon and capers.
